GOLDEN WINDOWS LIMITED respects the privacy rights of our customers, as well as our employees and has always been committed to protecting all personal information in our possession or control. We have adopted this Privacy Policy to guide how we collect, use and disclose the personal information we require in the course of fulfilling our professional responsibilities and operating our business.

Principle 2 - GOLDEN WINDOWS LIMITED will inform you why we are collecting your personal information when the information is collected.

However, In some cases, refusing to provide personal information or withdrawing consent from GOLDEN WINDOWS LIMITED to collect, use or disclose personal information could mean that the we can not provide the same level of exemplary service or provide the products requested.

In order to provide you with a professional level of service, the personal information that we collect about you must be accurate, complete and current. You are encouraged to advise us of any changes to your personal information that may be relevant to the services we are providing to you.

Principle 7 - GOLDEN WINDOWS LIMITED protects your personal information with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Only authorized employees of Golden Windows Limited have access to your personal information. We have implemented comprehensive security controls to protect your personal information from unauthorized use, alteration, duplication, destruction, disclosure, loss or theft.

As a customer, you have the right to review and obtain a copy of your personal information on record in our individual offices by contacting your GOLDEN WINDOWS LIMITED representative. We may also need to charge you a nominal fee to do this, however we will advise you of the fee, if any, in advance.
In most instances, you will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If additional time is required in order to properly respond to your request we will advise.

There may be instances where we will not be able to provide the personal information we hold about you that you request. Some of these instances include where the information:

4. has already been destroyed due to legal requirements or because we no
longer needed it for the purposes for which it was initially collected; or
5. cannot be otherwise disclosed for legal reasons.

If we are unable to provide you with access to your personal information we will always explain the reasons why.

Principle 10 - You may challenge GOLDEN WINDOWS LIMITED's compliance with this Privacy Policy.

GOLDEN WINDOWS LIMITED will respond to individual complaints and questions relating to privacy. We will investigate and attempt to resolve all complaints.

To challenge compliance with this Policy, please forward your concerns in writing to our Privacy Officer. The Privacy Officer will ensure that a complete investigation of your complaint has been undertaken and will report their findings to you in most instances within 30 days, or such other time as may be advised due to the nature of the request.
