Contest sponsor: Golden Windows Limited No purchase necessary. Contest starts on June 3, 2012 and ends on June 11, 2012. To enter, visit Fairview Pak Mall in Kitchener, Ontario. The contest is open to legal residents of Canada only who have reached the age of majority in their Province/Territory of residence. There is one (1) Prize available to be won consisting of: one (1) Five Hundred Dollar Gift Certificate that can be used towards the purchase of new windows and doors from Golden Windows Limited and the installation services. Approximate retail value of the Prize is Five Hundred Dollars Canadian ($500.00 CDN). Winner must correctly answer mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a winner.
